My top 3 tips on how to get a care order under the Nursing Home Supprt Scheme (Fair Deal)

Tip 1...Print off the forms directly from the court service website and fill in gaps by hand...the office do not like practitioners or individuals to redraft the forms in case statutory requirements are left out.

Tip 2...Make sure to file the Affidavit of Service (sworn oath that you have personally served the care order papers) 7 days before the hearing before the county registrar.

Tip 3...Bring your cleint in with you if you are a practiitioner...the county register may have a few questions for him/her and it generally ensures the matter does not get adjourned back.
